Tony was very helpful and handled everything great.
Howard at Metro was excellent at helping and working with me on a truck. The only reason I have not made the purchase is milage on truck and possible future expenses with higher milage truck. Truck was priced accordingly. Great Dealership.

Buying a vehicle over the Internet is always a gamble. You're 100% trusting the dealership with what they give you. I've purchased three vehicles directly over the Internet. Although the process was extremely smooth, the condition of the truck wasn't as they showed. If it were things I could fix personally, it wouldn't be an issue. My mistake for not getting better pictures or asking questions. What appeared to be splattered mud was actually missing paint. Future buyers take note and ask for more pictures always.
Very thorough and attentive, not too pushy.. knowledgeable and willing to help w/any question I had.
