Larell came out to give us an estimate on our bathroom remodeling project. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to our ideas, gave his honest opinion and offered suggestions. Also, before arriving he called to let us know he might be about 10 minutes late, which was very thoughtful, and doesn't often happen!

Larell of Metropolitan Bath & Tile is an amazing professional and a gem - - a really nice human being. Let's face it, renovating four bathrooms is daunting, indeed overwhelming, and thinking about the costs and the multiple steps is scarry. I valued Larell's assessments of where there were opportunities for cost savings; e.g., he noted that about 10sq feet of floor tiles were is great condition and would not need to be replaced - that matching tiles could be found for the new shower stall thereby saving thousands of dolla... read more
