Enjoyed my experience with everyone except the hygienist, Kathy. She was rushing through the entire cleaning during which I was hit on the head and shoulder when she took the x-ray cape off me and she was very rough and heavy with every instrument she used on my teeth. After she scraped my bottom lip with the pick, I pulled away and asked whether she was in a rush. She responded by saying I do this every day all day at least 20 times. Best dentist facility. They are so good, my wife and I drive over an hour just go there.
I was sad to see Dr. Mozlin retire, but stayed because of my dental hygienist. She is the best. I met my new dentist for the first time and I like him so far. :) I am horrible with names.
The staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. They explained everything steps of what was happening and was very patient with me. I didn't give more stars because it was my first visit there and would definitely go back, hope my second visit is just as nice as the first.
This place is fantastic. Dr. Kaplan can never retire.
