My Son brought a bowl with rice and other stuff with shredded lamb. The thing I like the most is Caramelized Eggplant. It was delicious. It is listed as only Eggplant in menu but it was fantastic. Quantity of the bowl was ok but it could be little more for a guy like me. I am ordering again today just for the Eggplant. Awesome !!!
I am requesting a refund for the following order due to the order not being ready. I stayed and waited until 6:40pm. I asked twice about my order. So I was late to work and had no lunch because i couldn’t wait anymore.
I do not have receipt but something in the food tasted rotten and I was not able to even eat or finish the food. I live out of town in Greenville and I was visiting. I stopped in the Hillsboro store for the first time ever to get dinner for the way back and I was severely disappointed and could not eat anything. I paid a lot of money for this food as well and to have this level of quality I am not a satisfied customer and doubt I will ever eat here again
Hello, I, Rahul Pasawala ordered build your own bowl with Falafel in Hillsborough, NC location today at around 1:10 pm. At first, they did not have Veggie Kefta for which I came to the restaurant. I had to satisfy myself with the Falafel. Now, I had first time user 3$ credit with me. I displayed the QR code at the checkout to the cashier and he said he scanned it (I can see he did not scan it properly). It did not work as it did not reduce my total amount. My friend and I went to Mezeh Hillsborough, NC location today at around 1:10 pm. I went there for the first time and I had 8$ rewad which included 3$ first time user reward and 5$ referral bonus. I ordered 2 lifestyle bowls yesterday the hillbourough st. location was out of cauliflower and lamb kafta. First of all I dont understand why they were out of items when the store was empty. So we substituted brown rice instead. When we arrived home and started eating is when we noticed both bowls had rice that was hard as a brick. I placed the order online for pickup, if I would have known this prior to ordering I wouldve decided to eat elsewhere
I ordered and paid for two marketplace side items. I got only one and it was not what I ordered. The receipt is pictured in attached. Side item I received but did not order was tomato and cucumber salad. (Turkish salad?) I had paid for cilantro hummus and Turkish olives and received neither.
I have a complaint against the level of service I received yesterday (Sunday) as I visited this restaurant around 5:30pm. I had a Groupon that was still valid until yesterday (Sunday). I showed my Groupon at the register. The associate scanned the barcode, but it was saying that this wasn't valid at this location. I was told through a dm on instagram that with a NC State student ID I would get a bowl for $5 on Monday, when I went to the store he told me I couldn’t and it was no longer offered even though the message said it was good until end of February. Also my friend went to this location for lunch and got it for $5 today. I am very disappointed.
