Easy to set up printer/scanner for low volume at home printing Was very easy to install and start printing right away--no issues. Does double-sided just fine. Not sure if it would work well for high volume jobs but for what I need to print and scan at home it is perfect. Have not used fax.

It works but not overly impressed I don't like to write negative reviews, especially because this printer works, it is nice and small and the quality is pretty good. This is my second one, I had to return my first one after about 5 months because it got a jam that no one could fix, called headquarters, tech several times...that was not successful. This new one works, but I find that a lot of times extra ink ends up on the back side of printed docs which is messy and wasteful. But I could live with that. The reason I wouldn't... read more
Up and runnning! Received this printer in the mail yesterday. Took me about 30 minutes to set up following the quick start guide that came with the printer. I have it connected to my Wi-Fi network and am able to print wirelessly from all the computers in my house. I primarily only use this for word documents, shipping labels, and other miscellaneous documents so this does the trick. The alternative is to print at a print & ship center where you have to pay some ludicrous fee per copy so this is a much better solution.
I sent the link to my friend and he purchased same, after I let him used mine. Best self gift ever. This was a gift for myself and I'm happy with the purchase, easy to use and connects great. I even had another coworker purchased same because he liked the performance.
