Great print quality My husband bought this printer to replace another that had finally gone bad. He died before getting to set it up and use it, but my daughter set it up and used it to print a lot of photos from our phones for his Celebration of Life. The pictures were wonderful and looked like originals. The printer is easy to use and seems very dependable so far.

Works great out of the box. Although it take quite a long time to go through all the setup paces, this wonderful Brothers MFC-J491DW Printer has many great features and works well. My only complaint is that their ink cartridges prices are very high for their size... Brothers needs to be more competitive with these cartridge prices. It is understandable that the company may need to make back some of the cost for the printer, but overpricing is not the way to go about it.
