Five Stars a great machine, fast 2 sided scan
Cooling down constantly Works ok so far. Wifi set up was easy. However, I keep getting errors that it is "cooling down" despite it only printing a few pages. Maybe it's the heatwave in LA right now, but this seems like a flaw.
Very happy with their products Have used Brother products in my business for many years. Very happy with their products. Also, their technical support is outstanding.
Great printer, but a cartridge hog! Pros: Does everything advertised. Better than my previous Brother that wrinkled envelops and refused to communicate with the computer from the control pad. Cons: Minus a star, because like all Brother laser printers it is a cartridge hog. It will simply refuse to print and demand that a new cartridge be inserted. Doesn't matter that the pages look fine or that I took out the cartridge and gave it a good shake. Best have a spare cartridge around.

In my opinion Brother makes the BEST printers. This was so easy to set up ... In my opinion Brother makes the BEST printers. This was so easy to set up and was working in 5 minutes. I just gave my son my color laser which was all Brother and purchased in 2008. Still humming along and prints beautifully..
very nice copier. scans front and back at same time very nice copier. scans front and back at same time. software for computer, lots of functions. have had no problems, a little on loud side, but no big deal. toner cost not as bad as cannon.
