Good, but not perfect. I have used Brother printers for several years through my non-profit. They are excellent until they wear out, and then often cost more to fix than replace. Great Printer! This is a great printer for any small office. The quality of copies are crisp and can compete with any printer on the market. So far the toner seems to last for a very long time. Have had this copier for a couple of months now and I am still on the same toner cartridge it came with. I like the all-in-one printer that allows me to utilize multi-functions. It was a breeze to set up on multiple computers within our office. Great printer!
Works like a champ! Easy to use, scans to an email address, shortcut buttons work great. Says it will duplex, haven't tried but everything else works nicely on it. I have two of these at the office.

Great printer This is the best printer I've had over many years time. It's fast and dependable and easy to use. I should have bought a laser printer a long time ago! It's quiet, it's fast, it prints as requested, what more can I ask? I'll still keep my old ink jet in case I want color for some reason or what to print photos at home.
Great printer I needed a new printer and decided to purchase this one and I am glad I did. It literally took me 10 minutes to get it working with my Mac ,I am very impressed how fast this makes copies and prints. I had an older brother all in one and compareing it too this machine is like a turtle walking versus a Leopard sprinting. The quality of my reports are excellent and Iprint out a few thousand a month.
