Poor print quality From the first day that I got the printer the print quality was bad. I spent several hours on the phone with technicians to debug the problem. Eventually I was sent a new black toner cartridge. It has improved the print quality for now.

Better than the HP was The quality of the print is wonderful, but unfortunately it is like watching paint dry waiting for papers to print.

Easy to use & dependable Works flawlessly, prints great, very easy to set up. I do wish it printed a little faster but otherwise it's fabulous.
Printing on the move. Mobile printing - so far, the unit has worked very well, no problems. This unit sits in a broadcast TV production truck. Since we put this unit in place, we are not spending time trying to get the printer to print, it just works.
