Because the person never ask me the CD BCBS give me or send to the doctor I pay 275 dollar the first option the person attend in your office is call to my doctor and never ask me the first person seen or give me

Not very happy with the appointment wait time. When my appointment is @ 3:00pm & i make arrangements to leave work early to be on time & I have to wait 30 min. in the waiting room to go in & be seen is not considerate of my time. I know there are instances where appointments run over but this seems to be the norm whenever I have an appointment. My very first appointments were always on time. Not sure what's has changed now?

I normally have not waited this long. I was advised the doctor was running 15 minutes late. But I waited 1 1/2 hours before he saw me.

Would like to explore a little bit further: a) Financial Arrangements b) Scheduling of procedures (with both Sr. Lamas and Dr. Garcia) c) Technical aspects, namely 1) the removal of the 2 front teeth and the up and down molars in the back of the mouth in both sides and 2) I thought Dr. Lamas intended to leave them on. They are like soldiers left standing and if possible I would like to have them spared, 3) bone grafts. Regards Alexis

Needless to say that the doctors are my sister and brother-in-law, they gave me white glove service and tended to me like if I were the Queen of England. I know from experience that they give their other patients the same treatment, and that is why I adore the DOCTORS!

Brenda is great! The only suggestion I have is that next month I am going on Medicare and I understand you do not accept any Medicare insurance as it pays terrible. However, in this tight economy, I think you might reconsider for the benefit of your patients, or offer a discounted rate in lieu of insurance.

Need more information on my procedure on Monday. Also, I am not sure what the cause of the cavities are since my brushing/flossing habits did not change from my previous visit in early 2012.
