I would use Dr. Kelly again, without hesitation. He spends time with you and explains everything. My results were wonderful and the follow up was very professional.
Have a lot of confidence in Dr. Polo and that he will always have my best interest first. Still undergoing treatment - have been a patient for about 5 months.
Excellent person and wonderful surgeon. Very content with staff and office too. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Very punctual. He is very honest in explaining to you procedures and the results. Conservative and very natural looking results. Great plastic surgery work. People will notice you look better but can't tell why. Truly content with results and will always keep coming back.
Would never recommend Dr. Kelly. He doesn’t stand behind his work. He want to charge his patients for his screw ups. Stay away from him.
I did not have a great experience. Unfortunately my breast reduction led to two surgeries, three emergency room visits (two by ambulance/fire rescue) and two separate hospital stays due to the amount of blood I lost and symptoms similar to a stroke. Fortunately, they were not. He does have an exemplary staff and I credit his nurse for catching his error in time.
