The doctor he was very nice and I like how he explained my condition to me in a way I could understand.
Very friendly and engaging as soon as he enters the room. Very knowledgeable in explaining diagnostic results and diagnosis and plan of care. He has been wonderful and caring in treating my Achilles tendon conservatively. I am wearing a boot and now progressing to an orthopedic shoe insert. Thank you Dr. Engel!
I have been a patient of Dr. Engel for close to 20 years. Not only is he an excellent doctor and surgeon, he is also patient-centric. His philosophy is that the provider will always understand more by looking the patient in the eye than by looking at a computer. I won’t go to any other podiatrist.
Dr Engel is a very friendly, compassionate man that truly wants the best for his patients. He was very informative about the procedure and what the end goals are. I'm very confident in him.
I appreciate Dr. Engel’s surgery as a last resort approach. He explains what is happening and gives you options avoiding surgery when possible. He is warm and kind and wants your feet to feel the best they can.
If I could clone Dr. Engel, I would, so that he could be my doctor for every speciality. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. I cannot come up with enough positive things to say. He was immediately trustworthy. Obviously I was impressed, because he is going to do two foot surgeries for me!
