Michael is an impressive home mortgage lender. I have no idea how he has a life outside of work because he is always available to answer questions and provide help almost immediately when contacted by phone, text, or email. It's hard to keep this to a brief paragraph because Michael excels in his professionalism, availability, knowledge, and expertise. He got my VA loan through to closing in record time, and I highly recommend him for anyone's mortgage needs.
Michael made himself available, was flexible to work with (which was important for me with my hectic work schedule), and always willing to take the time to explain when I had questions. I really enjoyed working with someone who understood my perspective, addressed things clearly and without nonsense. I appreciate transparency! Mike was a pleasure to work with from the start. Simple instructions, readily available to answer my questions and concerns. Gave us guidance through each step. He made what seems like a long complicated process feel easy. Very reassuring and easing any worries we had through the process. From pre approval to closing was flawless. This was my second mortgage I’ve completed with Mike. He is very knowledgeable on VA loans and saved me quite a bit of money. Neither of my loans were easy as my income fluctuates. He stuck it out through both. When I buy again I’m going to see mike for a third time.
All questions were answered promptly and Micheal was always able to be reached when needed. He addressed any and all requests to allow our home purchase to happen on time.
Michael Andrews did awsome job. He always anwser the phone at anytime of the day. Paperwork he is on top of it . We are thankful we found him for our new house.
