Excellent Dr. Won't take my kids anywhere else. Takes his time to listen to my concerns about my boy's. Doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist if needed.
Excellent doctor, never long wait times. He always explains everything well. Really happy to have a doctor like him here. Never disappointed.
Amazing Doctor with etiquette as he will explain in simple terms for parent to understand. Very courteous and respectful. Staff is amazing
Dr. Bowen is a great pediatrician! He listens to your concerns but does not over medicate your children! He’s very knowledgeable and my kids, ages 7 and 3, love him! I never feel like he’s trying to rush you out of his office.
The wait is extremely long, and we did have an appointment, 3 hr wait is tooooo long
He's really good at scheduled appts, but you leave feeling like you've done something wrong if you are concerned in an emergency setting. His proper nurse who gives shots is FABULOUS; but if you get the woman (dark curly hair), that's USUALLY ONLY SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, she makes your child afraid because of her manners (or lack there of), lack of bedside manner and SHOVING things down your childs' throat unnesicarilly. I will NOT let that woman near my child again.
Great pediatrician ,but strongly agree that front staff there is not customer service qualified. They can be very rude, just treat them as they treat you and you can see the difference their attitudes quickly change... lol. I would rate it a 5 if it wasn't because of the front staff
Dr. Bowen is great and definitely would recommend him. Unfortunately his front staff is rude. They roll their eyes at you when u get here, doubt & question ones knowledge.
