Paid $200 out of pocket because he was not in my insurance plan. I filled out 13 pages of information, brought in cd’s of CT and X-rays plus radiology reports. Instead a poor nurse practitioner came to see me. After asking me a few questions and the fastest exam I ever had she asked me if I had any questions.
