Fist of all, Michael was great, although his company kind of dragged their feet and we were almost a month late with the expected conclusion of the transaction. I have known him for quite a few years which is why I trust him. He kept me updated and answered all of my questions promptly, he gets 5 stars, the company maybe 4.
