I've been seeing Dr D. for 3 years and every single visit has been a great experience. Very punctual at getting me in the office, very forgiving when I'm late, thorough and patient with any questions, great staff that's very friendly...I can't say enough good about him and his staff. I've been very pleased with Dr D., I have recommended him to others that went to him and liked him as well. Including my father and my granddaughter.

Visit was in Winnsboro office. Staff and Dr. Dunnigan were all very professional. Spent a good 15 minutes with me, answered all questions and was aggressive with freezing treatments which is GREAT for us fair-haired, fair-skinned folks. I would highly recommend him to any and all that need treatment for dermatology issues. Will certainly count him as one of the best Dr's I've been to and will be back for further treatment!
