I arrived right on time. I was checked in immediately. I was taken to the exam room within three minutes. Everything was explained to me more than once and in clear detail. The MA (Tony) and PA (Christina) handled all the prep work in a very professional manner. Doctor Hadley removed a basal cell carcinoma from my neck. It was completely painless. Dr. Hadley and his staff explained things well and keep me informed throughout my procedure. I have had MOHS before and wasn’t pleased with my previous physician. I believe I had someone with me 99 percent of the time, or greater, during my wait. My previous physician would cut and the everyone would disappear for several minute. I really appreciate Dr Hadley and his office. Unfortunately I have had several instances of skin cancer, but I have been very happy with how they handle it. Very professional, they do a great job making sure any scarring is reduced and hidden. I go to them every six months. The staff is friendly and polite. I really appreciate their care.
Dr Hadley had removed a large squeamish cell from my nose leaving no scar at all. After moving out of state, I discovered another squeamish cell on my nose I came back to him. He kindly worked me into his schedule and removed the cancer. I can not say enough kind things about he and his staff!
He did Mohs surgery on my husband's head. He did an excellent job.
