Michael Duncan was amazing from the very first contact! Always polite, upbeat, encouraging and thorough. Even when he went on vacation he kept the process moving and maintained communication. Michael Duncan and his team are awesome communicators. Michael explained the VA mortgage application process very well. Michael and his team were accessible by phone, text and email and responded to all our questions almost instantly. For myself personally, I was very pleased with Michael and Susan. They did an outstanding job through the whole process. I cannot thank them enough for their dedication. We are so happy in our new home! I will say, I wish the under writers would communicate better. We had issues that came about, that had we known from the under writers they could’ve been handled in a timly fashion.
