Very satisfied for a pleasant first meeting with Dr. Konopacki and his office staff, feeling grateful to be one of his future patients.
Easy to get an appointment. He took a lot of time to talk with me and explain my problems. His staff was excellent. I highly recommend him. My wife was impressed and is going to switch to him.
Konopacki during my last visit were entirely unacceptable and deeply disrespectful.First, my time was not respected. He didn’t smile once during the visit. He did not know what plantar psoriasis is. Plantar is the medical terminology used for the soles of the feet. When I tried to get help with the extreme fatigue I’ve been having his response was uncaring and lazy to say the least. He said saying you’re tired is like going to a mechanic and saying your car doesn’t work. A lot of things can cause fatigue. I saw Konopacki on a Tuesday morning. He suggested I get an ultrasound ASAP, so I was able top get one on Tuesday afternoon. The results were sent to him on Wednesday morning. As of Friday morning he has not even reviewed the results. Will be changing docs as this is not the first issue I have had with Health Texas
