The entire team at Preferred Rate is top notch. They earned this review and 5-Stars. They had me closed in 1 month! They know what they are doing, and they answered every question I had, in a way that was easy to understand and without the complicated jargon associated with these contracts. And I had a bunch of questions. All this while I was located 1900 miles away. Michael, Brian and most of all Amber are the “bar” in the industry.
The team did a great job making sure everything was followed up on and helping with any questions as we prepared for closing on our new home!
