Michael was the one bright spot in the mortgage. Everything else has not been a pleasant experience. The underwriting portion of the loan was a nightmare right up to the closing. The amount of personal questions was way out of bounds. The changing of what monies we needed to close changed on a weekly basis. The loan papers to the closing attorney was a 12th hour nightmare. Now I find out that the loan has changed hands to another PRMG entity which has the wrong prop zip code which I can't change
