I had a terrible day at my job before going to my dentist. There was a new hygienist working there since the last time I as there. She explained some of the problems I was having with great clarity. She also discovered why I was having those problems. Dr. Nugent put my mind at ease over some of the work that he can do to solve my problems. Nervous with sweaty palms and anxiety being way over the top, just making the phone call was very overwhelming for me. Waiting in the parking lot for 15 min deciding to go in or not. Dr. Nugent and his staff were amazing. With bad past experience and overwhelming anxiety, I was actually shocked at how very relaxed and comfortable I felt after talking to them and being explained everything In detail. The Dental Hygienist was wonderful. I told her that I didn't like the sound of the machine and she cleaned my teeth without it and never once hurt my gums. Dr Nugent came in and did his exam but then took the time to talk with me about the care. I was very impressed!
He really is! He always has the most up to date equipment to make EVERYONES experience the best.

I can honestly tell you that before visiting Dr. Nugent's office and Polly, my hygienist, I feared the dentist like no other. Polly, Dr. Nugent, and the whole staff there are so sweet and professional! It's really nice knowing that people actually remember you and listen to you!! They definitely make going to the dentist a much better experience by making a connection with you! Highly recommend!

Office Staff was very friendly and knowledge. Gail and Dr Nugget was awesome. I usually hate going to the dentest, but I look forward in going back.
