Your staff called me back on a Sunday afternoon after reading my message for an appointment I left on your website that Sunday morning due to being in extreme pain. That in itself was above and beyond!! After getting in Monday morning, Dr West looked at my x-ray from my previous dentist and advised me the tooth could be saved whereas the previous dentist left surgical extraction as my only option.
