Everything was running smooth them boom. Hit a big hole in the road. Appraiser came back with light asbestos in basement floor. Under 5%. Had to get it treated and we were suppose to close around 4-10-19. Everyone jumped thru hoops and we had the treatment taken care, appraiser rechecked everything and we got to the closing table on Thursday April 25th. We all worked together to make it happen! It did! Thanks to all.....
As we worked with Mike Rhodes, he was always available to answer any questions we had. When we would get discouraged, he would reassure us that it was all going well and kept us up to date on what was going on, and where we were during each step. No matter what time it was, he would always respond and would give thumbs up and smiley faces putting us at ease. I would recommend Mike Rhodes and VanDyke Mortage Company to any one looking to buy.
