Overall I had a great experience. I was able to get the house I wanted, and was able to do it in a reasonable amount of time.
Mike Rhodes, the originator, was very accessible and forthcoming about the process. Other than a brief delay due to the abundance of files being processed, the transaction was great. Seller even approached the originator, who kindly answered any questions he could.
If I ever had a question, it was answered extremely quickly with great detail.
We had a unique family situation as we were trying to purchase our home and Mike Rhodes went above and beyond to help us close on our sale. He kept us updated and comfortable in every step of the process.
