I started my no-cash out refinance with an online lender that quoted low rates and a "better" experience. Received an appraisal waiver and was told we'd be closed much faster than the typical refinance. Unfortunately, over two months into it, after responding to their countless requests for documentation upon documentation I still had not idea if/when they were ever going to close.
