I searched for a loan. I wasn't aware needed to be placed by midnight in order to make an owner occupied loan for a HUD property that I was in love with. I spoke with him on Saturday morning. Not only did he walk with me through the process of everything involved with an FHA loan that included Rehab a loan. He told me all the benefits and the negativity for that type of loan. He was honest with his opinion. Late on a Sunday he worked with my realtor so my bid was placed on time.
