Michele was amazing. She was very responsive, answered every questions with details. We had a lot of back and forth to get to the final numbers, having to decrease sell price to account for concessions, and when we realized there was a typo in a name the day before closing, I was sure we would not close on time, but she made it work. Everything was ready for us to sign. All in all, she and her team made the whole process as easy as possible for us.
