Michelle was a joy to work with! I appreciated her efficiency, wealth of knowledge regarding my home loan process & her kindness & patience in explaining the process to me. She also went above & beyond by coming to my home & discussing 'next steps' in the process & patiently & quickly responded to my many questions. The entire process of finding a new home, selling my current home, & signing the loan papers was completed in approximately 6 - 8 weeks!
