After a difficult out of state sale by both parties, Michelle provided unbelievable help and customer service, going above and beyond to get the job done.. From the beginning I felt like I was in good hands with the quality of support I received from Michelle! Thanks to Michelle for all her help and assistance every step of the way. Both Michelle and her assistant were just wonderful to work with! I appreciated her responsiveness and reassurances during the process, and her asst was on top of everything and very persistent in following through on details. If the opportunity ever comes up again, I would not hesitate to deal with her again!
