I have used Michelle in the past but thought I would give my current mortgage company the opportunity. That was a mistake! Michelle was able to beat the interest rate they were offering and got it closed in about 2 1/2 weeks. No headaches at all. She knew what the underwriters were going to want so it was all provided up front! I will definitely utilize her if I need to in the future.
