The absolute worst assistants. No compassion at all. You cannot get through to your physician, only to the rude assistants who obviously do not understand the severity of neurological conditions. Worst experience with a medical office.

the MIND Institute DENIED me medical care. Absolutely no compassion and terrible front desk customer service. I suppose I will continue to have seizures and fall and hit my head. Thanks for nothing

This place is the worst doctors office I go to. They have consistently messed up, or forgotten my appointments. Some of the staff in the lobby is rude when you get here for no reason. It's always your fault when they forget something. Then they completely ignore your availability times when making appointments.

Worst place in the world to go to if you are in pain, 6 months still in pain no help at all. Dr. Green wont even speak to me or return calls, pretty sure he has no idea what he is doing. worst phone system ever also. tried to speak to someone in charge they told there is no one in charge, might explain a lot lol.

After waiting on hold for 30+ minutes the clock ticks to 4:10pm, the office is now closed, so the patients who have been waiting on hold are rolled to voicemail. Very unprofessional! Dr. Rossman was wonderful, but with him gone I'm not sure I want to deal with another mismanaged office.

I'm rating this page a one. Why? because you don't want to hear from anyone. There is no way to post on this page other than to respond to one of your posts. That is not open communication. And as a person looking for answers about a variety of health concerns, this really ticks me off. I won't be back. You serve no purpose.

I guess I slipped through the cracks. I am so disappointed by the NON treatment I received. I have many neurological issues going on that are worsening. My doctor asked me 3 questions and diagnosed me on the spot. He did not even do a basic neurological workup and did not look at my MRI of my brain which showed lesions as well as shrinking blood vessels. I guess with some doctors it's all about the money and not much about the person behind the insurance check. I'm hoping UofM will help me. I would give 0 stars if I could. F... read more

Good luck get ahold of any of the doctors in the office for questions! We had an appointment for my daughter in October, and it's now been 2.5 weeks and they can't manage to have the doctor call me back to answer my questions! I called and left a message Monday, and it's now Friday and nothing. I called Wednesday and was told their computers are down so they couldn't take messages (apparently paper/pencil is too hard) so call back in the afternoon. I called back in the afternoon and their message department closes at 3. ... read more
