Very, Very, Poor Service!!! We... Very, Very, Poor Service!!! We had severe problems with our pool deck and they would not resolve problem. They stated it would cost to much to fix the problem. So I'm stuck with a 3 year old pool deck now that I will have to replace and possibly filing a lawsuit. The deck was within the one year warranty when the problem first started. They did not stand behind there product.
Deserves 0 stars! Highly agree with the previous review. I gave my information several times to someone for a pool installation and "the pool salesperson" never called. Guess they don't want my business!
SNUDY and RUDE!!!! From the time I stepped into their showroom until the time I left, I received horrible customer service! They all acted incredibly snudy and rude! I walked in and walked straight out. No customer service=No purchase! I do NOT recommend this business at all unless you like an upidy atmosphere!
