A very pleasant experience. On Saturday, April 9, 2016, I visited Midlands Honda to lease a car. I was very fortunate to talk with Mr. Carl Tolson. He was most informative, very professional--yet, personable. He made me feel as if I could ask questions that concerned me and he answered all of them with extreme patience. I felt everyone with whom I had to deal, at Midlands Honda, worked with me to see that I was satisfied and happy with my transaction.
Excellent people to work with I had a more than pleasant experience with a more than friendly staff. Angela Chase is amazing and provides excellent service. She was more than helpful with finding me vehicle that fit me and met my needs.
Midlands Honda is the BEST I've always loved Hondas but to go to a place that sales what I love and the people make you feel at home equals an AWESOME experience! Good vehicle at a good price Angela was very helpful and answered all our questions. Rest of staff did a good job. Whole process took a little longer than we're used to (we were at the dealership for 4 1/2 hrs.) and could possibly be streamlined but it was a Saturday and they were very busy so we'll give them a pass. Lifetime drivetrain warranty at no extra cost and 0.9% financing were a plus.
Helpful staff The staff, particularly, Inspira Smith and Darold in financing, made my buying experience quick and easy. They were patient and very friendly. I would come back!
