Raffi Avila excellent to work with! Organized, very informative, takes time to explain in a way his customer can understand, excellent communication, his staff worked nonstop, top quality work throughout entire project! Fantastic job performed by Midwest Construction experts. The Owner walked us through the entire process and was on site for the installation. We were looking for a local roofing company that would be around in case anything happened. Roof looks great...great price...we had numerous neighbors use them also after they did our roof. We highly recommend Midwest Construction experts.
