Everyone was so nice and helpful. My hygienist was so gentle and my dentist also. Very pleasant environment and thorough examination. Highly recommend them.
I was in in August 2024 for a front tooth repair. This repair didn't even last 48 hours. I specifically asked Dr. Sarah Whisler not to shave down any of the surface of my tooth. She said she had too but that it wouldn't be such a small amount and not noticeable. When the filling material fell off 48 hours later, it revealed a large divot on the surface of my tooth and the actual chip in my tooth appeared larger. Horrible experience with Dr. Sarah Whisler. She decided to do a filling on my tooth that I have had shadowing in for as long as I can remember. All other dentists wanted to keep an eye on it as it never changed. I left after with a hole in my filling. She then lied when I went back to get it fixed and said I always had a hole in it. Then the filling fell out 2 days later… on the weekend. I would highly recommend Midwest Dental (Lena Court location) in Eagan. Natalia is my hygenist and always treats me with thorough but careful care! I recently chipped a tooth (the first 'real' dental issue I've had in years) and the staff at Midwest Dental were able to squeeze me in quickly. I was afraid I would need a crown, even though the chip was very small, but it was in a sensitive place.
