The negative aspects were that I waited for 25 minutes in the waiting room, and finally walked up to the front desk where they acknowledged it was taking a long time. Then got back to the patient room where I waited another 15 minutes because they were sterilizing the drills ( that they were going to using on me). Wonderful experience with my new hygienist (Wendy)...Everyone was so helpful and as a matter of fact, normally I would have to take an Advil or something after my cleanings but yesterday was so pleasant and attentive that I did not need any medication.
The staff is very good to deal with, especially while undergoing a change in ownership that appears to be for the better. The techs are very thorough and answer questions and are nice to talk with during your visit and the doctor seemed to be very knowledgeable and thorough.
