Though it was a long process, an you deal with a lot of different people I have to say Tammy made it toward the end smoother and was very caring.

First I would like to thank everyone at Midwest Disability for they're tireless work and tremendous effort in helping me get my disability. While this process can be tiresome I found out that one must be patient. I think an area of improvement can be made by communicating with client and possibly keeping the client more updated more often . I think you did great. My thing would be to kind of let people know what's going on or if you've heard anything. It just helps people to know that you're still thinking about him and you're still working on their behalf and when you hear something you're going to let him know.
