Terrible experience. Once they saw I had good health insurance they ran up my bill charging exorbitant cost for tests that I never consented too. I would of paid the flat walk in fee but the girl at the front desk assured me I should use my insurance and that I would not be charged more than $150. My bill came to $232 for a 5 minute visit! Unprofessional and fraudulent fees. If you have insurance I encourage you to not patronize this clinic. I will be issuing a complaint with the BBB.
Arrived upon opening at 8:05 am. Was given paper work to fill out in our car and returned in side at 8:25. Both husband I wanted covid testing. He needed it for excused absence from work. We returned our paperwork back to front desk and were instructed to wait in car. After 1 hour and half I went inside to make sure we hadn’t missed the phone call and was told they were short staffed on doctors and are awaiting another to arrive. 2 hours later we were still waiting in car. Was sitting over an hour waiting for my kids whom had appointments to be seen while they take all the walks ins for covid testing last time at this place very rude females working at front desk.

Beyond disappointed in the customer service here. Fraudulent billing from provider to consumer without an attempt to first submit claims with insurance company first. Sadly, they will profit off of individuals that are too fearful too fall into debt - if this what is happening. To date, we have made six attempts over one months time to make contact with their medical billing office and have never received a return phone call.
