The visit itself was fine but they have demanded payment from me multiple times even though I paid my bill shortly after I received it. I paid through the website as instructed, I have the receipt showing the date that I made the payment and the amount, checked my bank statement to ensure the money was taken out, and both times that I’ve called they instructed me to send proof of payment to the billing email address and STILL I am receiving text messages claiming I owe them money and threatening that my credit can be affecte... read more

Do not go to the Hammond location. The nurse about to take my vitals literally dropped her gloves in front of me and then picked them up, put them on and went to touch me. Told her I’m not comfortable with her wearing gloves she dropped on the floor. She takes them off and grabs new ones while contaminating those. Then I sit in a closet like room for over 20 minutes just to walk out.
