Ashley was helpful over the phone and in my in-room visit, and made sure the clinic had the shot I needed before I came in. Once I came into the clinic, I was let into the room promptly and the experience was overall pleasant and painless. I will definitely come back whenever I need some other service else they provide here.

I've taken my son to the Bolingbrook Midwest Express three times now. During each visit we had almost no wait time, the staff was super friendly, the doctor was extremely helpful, and the cost was very low. I especially appreciated not feeling judged for our family's personal religious beliefs. Thank you!

Went here for an infection that popped up. I was able to fill out the paperwork and upload my insurance before I got here via web. I was immediately seen by friendly front desk and wonderful nurse. Dr. Uzoma Ezeokonkwo was so sweet and explained everything to me, and let me know what getting lab results back would look like. The facility was SO clean and tidy as well. Over the last 2 1/2 weeks I came in 3 different times for abdomen and pelvic pain. They took a urine sample and treated me for a UTI because I had trace amounts of blood. After the first dose of antibiotics that didn't resolve my symptoms, I came back again. And same thing, a urine test but now different antibiotics. The cultures both came back negative. Do not go to this clinic. I went in for an Xray on my right hip. I took the results to my primary doctor who said they diagnosed my left hip. Went back to tell them they made a mistake and they re Xray the correct hip. I made full payment for my first visit. They charged me for the second visit. How am I being charged 2 times for their incompetence??? They also said they would reach out to me while they investigated the matter. Never got a call. Nothing. But they did charge my credit card. WOULD NOT GO HERE

I needed a work physical and TB skin test for my new job. I had no insurance so had to pay $135. The quickest part of the whole experience was the actual physical/TB test. Took about 5 minutes total. It's annoying it that costs $135 for it to be so quick but it is what it is. After my exam, I had to wait for about 45 minutes for my physical form to be signed!!! I've given this place several chances when my kids have had illness, but unfortunately cannot return to this location. Each time I have come here in the past year, they are short staffed but still accept online sign ups, and they don't seem to have a sense of urgency. In our most recent visit, we didn't get into triage till 1.5 hours after arriving, and ultimately didn't get seen by a provider till 2 hours later. While the providers are nice, the sheer logistics issues make this untenable.

Got collection notice after I paid for physical. The physical form was not properly filled out so I had to go to a different clinic.
I went in for a physical for work,but my job didn't accept it because it wasn't signed with the proper credentials - it was just a regular signature. I spent a week trying to go in to find the original nurse practitioner who did my physical. They were very rude about me showing up to get a proper signature. Finally, the receptionist took my physical to the back, and 2 minutes later, I had it signed.
