Outstanding medical care, bedside manner, and overall Professional Medical care! The initial receptionist's greeting was warm and helpful in answering my questions. My daughter was so ill that she could hardly stand on her own. We were seen right away, and Lisa, the nurse, conducted the intake procedure of collecting vitals & health history. I had a great experience at Midwest Clinic. The staff were kind, attentive, and worked quickly to take care of what I needed. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated their professionalism and friendly approach.

We walked in and were seen within 5 min. Place was clean. I was very upset to learn we'd be seeing a nurse practitioner, not a PA, not an MD. The nurse was super nice and super patient but we would have preferred a PA or MD instead. They also didn't give us a printout summary or email to go like we usually get.

Very fast, efficient, clean clinic. Ever since covid, the local hospital systems have failed to provide fast urgent care needs. I'm thankful Midwest Express opened a clinic near me. Thanks!
This Midwest Express (ME) location did not bill my insurance for a visit, then charged my credit card without contacting me regarding the situation. ME says my insurance denied the claim, but my insurance confirmed that ME did not submit the claim. I contacted ME in April and then in June, but no one from ME, including the patient "advocate" I emailed, has updated me about the 'escalation' the rep initiated 6/17/25. First off, I waited 15 minutes at the front desk before someone even came out to ask me to wait longer. I almost called the place while standing in it to be helped. Once I was in the patient room, I didn't have to wait long to get seen. Everything went fine until I tried to get my prescription. She told me she'd send the prescription within the hour. After waiting 5 hours and calling between the clinic and the pharmacy, it was finally put it through. Then after waiting some more, the pharmacy told me they couldn't fulfill it... read more
