Best staff ever
I have waited over a month on a refund check. I can never get a straight answer. I would not recommend doing business with this place.

We are sincerely sorry for your frustration. We make every effort to streamline our billing process. Unfortunately, medical billing can be timely due to insurance processing; therefore, refunds often don't process until 4-6 weeks after the date of service.
Unfortunately I need to give ENT & Sleep Medicine a bad review. I was referred to Dr Shaw and once I got into the exam room I was seen by another intern Doctor and never got to see Dr Shaw. I was also mislead about the cost of Nasal Endoscopy. I even tried to call them to resolve this issue but it seems the $$$ is more important to them than the satisfaction and well being of their patients.
