I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Delgado. I have had 2 surgeries with him. 12 years apart. His patients are wonderfully diverse as to age, gender, race and sex. He is a skilled and experienced surgeon. He is soft-spoken and his manner is caring and personable. But more than this, he is an artist at what he does. I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr Delgado did fabulous work. I’m getting compliments every day. I am told by my friends and I think it looks very natural. I was nervous about looking surprised but it looks great. His staff is also excellent.
I am very happy with my results with Dr. Delgado. I had previously had implants with a lift 15 years ago and was experiencing discomfort with my left implant. I was also able to see and feel the edge of the implant where my sternum is. I went to Dr. Delgado for a revision and with concern there could be a rupture with my silicone gel implant. Dr. Delgado was very forward and honest in what was needed and what to expect from the procedure. Of all the plastic surgeons I consulted about male breast reduction he was clearly the most qualified. He did an excellent job with the surgery and was always available when I had concerns and questions in the months after. My healing took longer than expected - but the results are worth it. Highly recommend him. All the support staff is also very competent and friendly.

Overall I’m satisfied with my gynecomastia procedure. Its not as perfect as I would’ve liked though as he made my chest slightly assymetrical and I have a liposuction irregularity south of one of my nipples as a result of aggressive liposuctioning. It’s been about 8 months since the procedure.
I have been affected by gynecomastia since I was a young boy (11 yo). I always been relatively fit, playing a lot of sport but the man boobs have always been there in spite of all exercises I was doing or weights i was lifting up.
