If I could give them no stars I would. Working with this law firm is not the best idea. In my opinion they are not for the client. I hired them for my case which got a settlement offer in less then a month because I had so much proof. Then when they other party gave me a settlement which was for $2,500 plus lawyer fees, I was told by the law firm that even tho they are getting there fees from the defendant they are also taking $2,000 from my money and I only get $500. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Arguss in the hopes to find some resolution to an issue that had come about regarding a car lease that we had through Chase Financial. Many thanks to you and emily, taylor, melissa , and whomever else helped out. Steve ( a victim of a truck burglary while at the doctors office , and of forged stolen checks . ( where they stole them in albuquerque, got on I -25 north, until the banks finally closed the accounts , 1, never did until was way, way, overdrawn and i complained to them, but the credit union did it immediately. The bank, gook the overdraft fees out of my next months social security, and i complained but they said that was bank policy to do that.
