My car loan company was blowing up my cell phone even though I was not behind on my payments. I repeatedly told the loan company to stop calling. The calls did not stop. Thanks to Agruss Law Firm for stopping the calls on an auto loan. I was able to return the car, get my credit report fixed, and I did not pay Agruss Law Firm a penny. The auto loan company paid their fees and costs.

Attorney Agruss represented me in a debt collection harassment case which resulted in me receiving a nice settlement. I've had no further contact from the collection agency and would be more than happy to use his services again in the future. One day a collection company called me at work. I explained to the collector that it was a case of identify fraud and I also explained to her that, due to my current situation, I was unable to make any payments at the time anyway.
