Emily Owen was so instrumental in saving my sanity when I was being sued by ARA, Inc. for a debt my husband made before we were married. They used lies and scare tactics to coerce me in to making a verbal, taped agreement over the phone, to pay a down payment on 10% of the debt immediately, followed by the full balance shortly thereafter. I had the BEST experience with this law firm. I found a random comment saying to use these guys, and from the first call, first DAY, my stress was relieved. The ENTIRE process was seamless. They stopped harassing calls, and settled my case quickly, AND got me a check in return for the harassment in a period of maybe 5 months. I did not expect anything, but they really were great, the communicated extremely effectively via phone calls, follow ups, and email. Even the attorney was responsive! Wonderful top notch service.
