I initially contacted Agruss with the intention of getting a very persistent and annoying collection agency to stop calling me. Little did I know, the actions of the collection agency were illegal and as a result, I was entitled to a settlement. Agruss worked diligently on my case and was able to settle for an amount much larger than anticipated.
