Mike did a great job making himself available for text or phone calls. Many times things can easily be lost in translation. By quickly responding through multiple methods and ultimately a phone call if required, we felt comfortable moving forward to sign. He did a great job of balancing communication reaching out only when required and never as a nuisance. That is a tough balance but he nailed it.
